In the Fall of 2021 we completed the development of a piece of land for a new home with JJ (John) Harrington, owner of Earth Solutions and could not be happier with the end result. Starting about 2+ years before this project was kicked off John was extremely helpful with assisting us with the assessment of a few plots of land for our new home. On one of the sites that John evaluated with us, he was very open about what it would involve and the challenges, as well as the unknowns of specific to that land. He was open and honest even if it meant him not getting the job, because he did not want to lead us down a path where we would just have to keep pouring more and more money into it. JJ's professionalism and integrity stood out.

Later that year we assessed another piece of land. JJ could see the potential and talked about the right way to develop the land, how to properly mitigate any issues due to a pond on the property, and what the potential was hiding in the trees. What impressed us the most was John went over how he would develop it for himself and really only wanted to do it the right way. These things included the best way to address the water table, sufficient stone and drainage under and around the foundation, and and the list goes on.

Johns' ideas on finishing the lot so the home presented itself could not of been any better. The home looks like it belongs on the lot and in the end the project exceeded our expectations.

If you want a job done right by someone with integrity and ethics, who is professional, is a master with his trade, takes pride in what he does, then JJ and his team is the company to go to. Thank you John for a great experience.
